If you are using another link to a different ISP then you won't be
able to relay through to the smarthost name you had before because
that's with a different ISP. You need to ask the new ISP for their
smarthost.
If you haven't changed ISP then can you tell us why you changed the
gateway address?
I didnot change ISP. I used 192.168.10.2 as the ip of my router which acts
as a gateway. Because I want to add a new server in the near future i wanted
to have the range 192.168.10.1 to 192.168.10.10 reserved for my servers. So
i decided to change the ip of my router. Which shouldnot be a problem, or so
I thought. I'm still able to receive mail and my users can browse the
internet. It's just outbound mail that is a problem.

So, what exactly does the error message say and (I presume you have)
have you checked the settings all over again?
