Message size limits



Is it true that the most restrictive settings in message size restrictions
will override other configuration? For example, if i set the incoming
message size limit at the organizational level to 10 MB and i set the
message size limit for an individual mailbox to 20 MB, the 10 MB limit will
still be applied to this user? If this is the case, is there a workaround
solution to this scenario?
