We are having a problem with our Exchange 2003 Server. Every message that is sent from the Exchange 2003 server it never delivered to the recipient and
no NDR is returned. I've tried sending messages to other recipients on the
same box and to others on different boxes. It won't even deliver a message
to myself...From me, To me... There are no messages listed in the server's
Queues. The Message Tracking Center says that the messages are getting stuck
in the Categorizer... "SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer" is the last
entry. The Event Viewer never reports any problems...even with all logging
options set to max.
