Distribution List Issue

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

All -

I have a distribution group set up called 'All Users' which has
several smaller distibution groups inside it which make up all of the
individuals within our organization. I have set up all users such that
under the Exchange General tab, the "Accept mail from authenticated users
only" checkbox is checked and the Accept Mail Only From radio button is
selected as I only want a select group of users to send to this group.

Today, someone within the organization that is not specified in the
'only from' list was able to send to the All Users group. I asked her how
she did it, and she came back with the following:

1. She attempted to send to the All Users group and was rejected
2. She expanded the All Users Group which displayed the individual groups
within the All Users group
3. She typed her message and clicked Send. Note that when users got the
message it appeared as if it had come from the 'All Users' group.

Question: How do I stop people from expanding distribution lists? This
really caught me by surprise... I thought that list was locked down.

Chris
