Upgrade to 2003

I posted this a week ago in another newsgroup (win2000.setup_upgrade) but
never received a response... so I'm trying my luck here:
History:
I've recently setup a test environment with a Windows 2000 DC and an
Exchange 2000 Server. I was then able to successfully create a Windows 2003
Server and promote it as a DC - then demote the old DC, subsequently
removing it from the network. I was also able to create an Exchange 2003
Server and use the MoveMailbox utility to transfer accounts from the
Exchange 2000 Server, subsequently removing it from the network.
Problem:
In our production environment we are also using Certificate Services for
OWA - located on the Windows 2000 DC.
Questions:
1. What do I need to do before demoting / removing the Windows 2000 DC
from the network?
2. Is there a way to transfer Certificate Services to the new Windows
2003 Server?
3. Every workstation on the network has a certificate created from
Certificate Services:
- Is there some way to remove these certificates?
- Do I need to remove these certificates?
