Working with two different FQDN addresses

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I have two different internet domain names for e-mails: A & B. Two
questions:
1. Is there a way I can send from one A, and it will be seen is if it
was sent from sent from B? I mean sort of disguise configured for the
whole users in domain A towards domain B. I want also to make the reply
address to be domain B.
2. Is it possible to see free/ busy time from one server to the other,
though they are not in the same domain.

TIA,

Ronen
