Thanks for the response Andy. I will go in and enable the SMTP protocol logs
as you suggest. I doubt that anyone might have blocked it manually as there
are only a couple of people that have access to the server. I provide
support the the client and unless it is something that could be done from
Outlook on a workstation and migrate to the domain as a whole (for eMail, the
domain itself is not blocked from web access).

There is 3rd party software (Panda Business/Exchange Secure) that I am
checking out how it does it's blocking for SPAM & SpyWare.

If I turn on the protocol logging, is it something that is going to generate
MBytes of stuff in a short time such that I need to get some eMails sent from
the none working domain and then turn it off?
