Instead I recommend that you just give your account White Checked Allow permissions on the object that you want access too. This will provide you with the needed access. In AD and Explicit Allow with override and Inherited Deny but only on the level that it is set. The following article will provide you with more information on how to give yourself supported access to someone else's mailbox.
Not sure about this.
Doesn't the Windows security model always apply explicit "deny" over "allow", if a conflict occurs?
Also, I remember granting an admin account permissions on single mailboxes and full stores, but it was never allowed to access them before removing the inherited "deny". But I don't know if this changed with versions or sevice packs.
