Trace internal emails

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi all,
This ones a fairly easy question.
Our HR dept believe that there is abusers of our mail system, I.e. sending
each other emails through out the day.
Can anyone point me into the right direction on where I can find some
software to do this, all I need to be able to do is pass onto them is who
it was from, going to and the subject.
We don't want msg body as it could break the data-protection act.

Any Ideas??

Thanks

Andy C
