Your first part explained it. The 3rd party software presumably SMTP
emails mail to the Mail Enabled PFs. That explains why the STM is
larger. Because you don't (generally) access the PFs via MAPI there
would be no conversion, hence the large STM.
The 471MB of free space isn't much. You need to check the 501/2/3/4
events to see if the PF online defrag is running properly and to
completion.
