Thanks for you reply Mark.
I have checked the event 1221 and the Public Store shows 471meg of free
space.
We mainly use the Public Folders for archiving mail, all outward and inward
mail is automatically (by a 3rd party piece of software) BCC to these
folders. We then manually archive them to pst files to make sure we are not
holding too much data. Users use Outlook XP to connect to the exchange
stores, so they are not using IMAP. Incoming mail is just sent via a rule on
our Mail Marshal (content etc checking server), so again I do not think IMAP
is being used.
