iisadmin crash with Dr. Watson EVENTID 4097 / 7031

i have a win2000 / exchange2000 mailserver (all patches are installed). Since several weeks, the server is running without any probs or major changes since 3 years, i get strange iis errors.

The iis is getting (EventID 4097) an DR. Watson, then all the IIS Services are shutting down. After 30 - 40 seconds the services are restarting automaticly.

But i have SP4 for win2000 Server installed.

On the server runs Symantec AV for Exchange servers. I found on the Symantec KB an entry about this. But there is no solution too.


Any ideas out there??
