Hi,
You need to register a hostname in the external DNS (you could use the same
name as the one registered for your MX record), and then it is best practice
to get a certificate for the FQDN of the exchange server (like
webmail.domain.com).
In an external browser you would then enter
https://webmail.domain.com/exchange).
