Server: Exchange 2000 fully patched on Exchange 2000 server in Exchange2K
domain.
Workstation: WindowsXP Pro SP2, Office 2003 Pro (patched)
I’m not sure if this falls under “Administration” but I’m going to give it a
go. I have one user out of 60 experiencing this problem. The problem is that
messages just disappear from his mailbox. This is what we experienced today:
User logs in as his administrative account
User setups Outlook 2003 (patched) on XP Pro SP2 to access his mailbox which
is associated with his non-Administrative account. His admin account his full
control over his non-admin account / mailbox.
Messages synch, some messages appear and stay, other appear and disappear,
some never appear it all.
We then close out of Outlook, send a test message, and see it in OWA. Open
Outlook, it never gets there. Go back into OWA, it’s gone from OWA.
Any ideas?
