offline address book cant be downloaded;Rebuild offline address book fails

Hi,

I have 3 issues on my stand alone exchange 2003sp1 server (win2k3sp1) which
I think are related to one problem in the configuration.

Outlook 2003 clients can't download the offline address book (OAB)

When trying to download (Send and receive) Microsoft Exchange offline
address book users get this error:
The operation failed. An object can't be found. error code is: 0X8004010F

After research I learnt that the OAB needs to be rebuild, but when I do that
I get this error:

MAPI or an unspecified service provider. ID no: 00000000-0000-00000000

Also every few minutes I get this event in the application log:

Description:
Error initializing session for virtual machine BOX. The error number is
0x8004011d. Make sure Microsoft Exchange Store is running.


I can assure you the store is mounted and running, every user can work.

This KB talks about a mixed envionment: 321102.KB.EN-US XADM: An Event ID
9175 Error Message Is Logged When the Offline Address List Is Generated:

Hint: Outlook 2003 has been installed on this server and is removed now,
could this somehow corrupted the MAPI?
I have checked the Directory Access tab no the server properties in Exchange
manager, the are all correct and working.This exchange server is also the
DC.
Netdiag gives no errors
DCdiag gives no errors.

I hope anyone has a solution.
