Tracking db Unavailable - please help

I have exchange 2003 running on server 2003. I needed to move exchange
services to different box, still running server 2003. I moved mailboxes,
replicated public folders, and everything seems to be working except the
tracking database is unavailable.

The original server is off line now.
any ideas?
