Hi folks,

User1 receives the same read receipt every morning, from a message she sent
to User2 back in September. The receipt arrives shortly after User2 opens
his mailbox. However, the original message no longer exists in User2's
mailbox (I've checked all folders myself), nor is it in the deleted items
retention area (which is set to 30 days, so no surprise there).

I don't have physical access to User2's machines or I'd try deleting and
recreating his Outlook profile, but I may be able to talk him through it
(there's a bit of a language barrier). Any other ideas? Why would Outlook
keep sending the same read receipt over and over?

Thanks,
Mike
