For some reason in Outlook Web Access (running on Exchange 2000) under the
rich-site version, notes in contact entries are not being displayed
properly. In the reduced-site version, the notes are visible, but using IE6,
all the notes for all contacts don't show up. If a user then clicks "save
and close" on a contact, that information is deleted from exchange.

I've looked around (thinking that this was related to URLscan, etc.) but
nothing seems to indicate why this would be occurring. Any ideas?

end of line,
