Good to hear from you too.

When you move a user from the Users Container to an OU or from one OU to
another Exchange dies?? Are you getting any errors in the Event logs? Or do
you mean once you followed that article that happens?

Keep in mind, the OU example they give you is to control who can see the
address lists thru OWA. Be default, even if you deny somone in the address
list, they can still see it thru the OWA. That's why it says to control it
thru using the msExchQueryBaseDN on the distinguished name of the OU so only
those users can see that thru the OWA. I haven't tested this out myself thru
a MAPI client, but believe it will work fine.

OUs are just to organize objects (based on whatever logical design, whether
by department, location, or a hybrid of the two) and to control application
of GPOs.

Well, give it a shot and let me (or us if I don't see your post) know how it
works.
