are you certain you ran exmerge in "archive" mode? that's the only way it
will extract the message from the mailboxes...

Hi all,

I have an email that was sent to multiple users at my
location. Each user can't open or delete this mystery
email. I later found out that I could use exmerge to
remove this email from the datbase. I even disabled the
antivirus software running and exmerge didn't work. Any
ideas anybody? Here is a copy of the end of my exmerge
log.
