I am having problems sending email to one of our vendors. When we send an
email I can watch the email leave our network but don't get an NDR stating
there was a problem sending the email. I contact the vendor and they haven't
received the message. I looked their MX records and have discovered that
they have two MX records for two domains (ex. mail.vendorcompany.com,
mail2.vendorcompany.com).
I have read somewhere that I need to configure my Exchange server (E2K) to
send to secondary domains when the primary domain isn't accepting emails. I
have looked through the ESM but haven't found where to set this. Can someone
tell me where I can change this?
Thanks.
Nancy
