Managing Mailboxes

I would like to know how I can set my login to see all
mailboxes. I recently found that in exchange 2000, I can
give access to users calendars without giving them access
to there entire mailbox, but I dont want to go to each
persons properties of there user profile to do this, I
would prefer to do it across the board.
