A quick way, if you don't care about any of the messages in the queue, is to
stop the SMTP virtual server, goto the mailroot folder, delete the queue
folder under the associated virtual server (VS1, VS2, etc), and start the
SMTP virt server again. It should recreate a new queue folder for you.
