Hello,

Thanks for the response.

I have asked my ISP that question and they have not implemented that. In
fact I changed ISP's because my first one was not providing me any support
in figuring this out. Even with a new ISP we still have this issue.

As for a firewall, I have a simple linksys router in front of it. This is
also the second router we have tried to see if that could be getting in the
way as well.

We have gone through a fair amount of troubleshooting but still have not
found the problem.

Please folks keep sending your suggestions, even though we may have tried it
you may suggest a different variation of what we tried.
