M drive does not show because the stores are not mounted. M is a virtual
drive and will only appear when your stores are mounted.
Event 101 is normal. exchange services are starting before IIS fully
initializes.
Event 9175 is the system Attendant calling the Store, but the Store is
dismounted.
To narrow down the issue:
Clear the app logs, attempt to mount the stores. There should be a numeric
error when this fails. Post this error.
There will also be specific errors in the app log after you do this,
referencing ESE or MSExchangeIS. Post these events along with the error
codes in the description field of actual events. This will help us narrow
it down.
