Hi Neil, thanks for your reply.
I checked IISLockdown was not installed in my server. So I have just
installed it and now the Urlscan directory under winnt\system32\inetsrv\ has
appeared. I even tried to open Urlscan.ini file and replace the ".." with
"../" but I'm still not able to open mail which subject end with ".." in
OWA.
Any further hint?
