Hi Raul,

When you send email to a distribution list or you CC a DL; outside users
will only see the SMTP address of the DL. Only users within your Exchange
Environment will be able to expand the DL and see who belongs to it.

Now if you want to send email to many people both inside and outside of your
network and you do not wish any of them to see that you sent email to the
others then you need to send the email to yourself and place all of the
other users in the BCC field. This will ensure that no one can see anyone
else who the email was addressed to.

Your only other option for accomplishing the scenario described above
without using BCC is to send out an individual piece of email to each
intended recipient. There is no way to mask multiple entries on the To or
CC line.
