I have a small number of users that connect to my Exchange 2000 server via a
VPN. Since everyone uses a laptop, they naturally want to have a wireless
connection. A couple of people are set up on wireless B networks, and one
person has a wireless G. Everything works great over wireless (including
the VPN) except for Outlook. It takes a while to start, and often freezes
or give the dreaded "Requesting Data from Server" message. This is never a
problem except when users are on wireless.

Does anyone have a similar setup that has been successful, or is Outlook
such a bandwith hog that this is not going to work? Any suggestions for
improving the situation (besides making them stay plugged in and ditching
the wireless)?

Thanks, John
