Thanks for the response, I appreciate the input.

SSL was required on the ExAdmin virtual directory but i unchecked that in
IIS and ran IISRESET to stop/start the services. I still get the same error
when i navigate to the public folders direcoty within ESM. I'm not sure if I
need to restart the Exchange services but I will restart them tonight.

To give you some more background, there's one web site (Default) on the
IIS/Exchange box. The Require secure channel option was checked off at the
Default Web Site level. I have since then unchecked it at the Exadmin and
public virtual directories.

No MS Office applications have been installed on this box so Outlook hasn't
been installed.

Any more ideas?
