Thanks for the information. I did find the tab in AD
Users and Computers after I typed my post. The boss
doesn't have any limits anymore.

Sounds like I may need to upgrade to Enterprise Edition.
Is Exchange 2000 Ent. Edition still available for
purchase? Does anybody know if that requires upgrading my
Exchange CAL's? I know that if I go to Exchange 2003 then
I have to upgrade all my CAL's as well, so we've been
avoiding that option.
