We are running Exchange 2000 server for email. Our
system backups were failing due to an email that was
being held in a mailbox. The email does have a virus in
it and has a subject of "TEST". Whenever we try and
delete it we get a message saying "path was not found."
It's like the file is invisible to the server yet we can
still see it. We tried deleting through DOS and that
didn't work. We are now thinking about deleting the
mailbox all together. Is there a way we can delete the
email without having to delete the mailbox in totality.
Thanks,
Wayne
