Adding PF replica

I have one Exchange 5.5 server and one E2K server.
Currently the public folders in our site are homed on exchange 5.5 server.
I want to add the E2K server as the replica to all the PF homed on E5.5
server.

I used PFinfo tool to dump all the PF homed on E5.5 server and prepared a
file to be compatible with PFADMI tool but I could not find any option to
import the csv file using the pfadmin tool.

For example, I want to add E2k server as the replica to the one of the root
PF folder "123" and all its sub folders with a single command.
I tried setrepl and setreplicas commands but there I could add the replica
to the root folder only, How do I add the E2k server to all the root folder
sub folders also ?

If some one can give the command syntax, that would be great.
