Essentially depends on where the people will be using OWA from. If
it's going to be from some Internet Cafe in some far off field that is
forever England then a 3rd party certificate will be best. If they're
carting laptops around and dialling a local pop or an ISP or direct
into the network then you might as well use Certificate Services.
