Global Address List appear blank to Outlook Clients

We had to restore the main Domain Controller in a Windows 2000 environment.
The Exchange 2000 server will show you the glocal address through system
manager, but the Global Address List appears blank to all Outlook Clients.
Any help would be appreciated.
