Migrating Exchange between two different Companies

Hello All,

Our company just acquired another company and it’s time to migrate everyone
to one mail system… The new company is running exchange 2003 in a pure
windows 2003 domain; our company is also running Exchange 2003 but in mixed
mode with Exchange 55 and in a Windows 2000 domain… I need to migrate their
email to our exchange environment; I can’t seem to find any information on
how to do this. Has anybody ever done this before? If so what do you think
would be the best practice or best approach to do this? The MS Concierge Chat
said they had no information on this due to that fact that we are going from
a new environment to a legacy environment so they pointed me to you guys. Has
anybody ever done such a thing? For those of you that are going to say move
our mail to their server…that is not an option…
