Hi,
This is an Exchange news group. You would probably have received answer much
earlier if posted to an active directory group.
You can try to remove the non existing domain controllers using ntdsutil:

You can also try to reset the domain controller password using netdom:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;260575
