Ok, well there is the old exchange 5.5 server and the soon to be new
exchange 2003 server. The new server is new hardware, new w3k os, new ip.
I'm not upgrading in-place. I just meant that the organization is flat.

This is the 3rd step in the "Coexistence with Exchange 5.5" installation.
It uses the ADC connector to bring over the directory and mailboxes then you
deactivate the 5.5.
