ADS is not updating for new users

    Hi this is Tom from dubai,I have a unique problem,i have a
    DC on w2k but suddenly i realised that my server is not
    updating the ADS.I can easily add the users but wheni
    login with that user it says that the user is not
    available with this name

    Pls help me out
