Call Canon.
Post the error message you get.
The ldap location to start search is probably the key, it wants a ldap path
to start, you can try entering your domain in ldap, whatever the FQDN for
your domain is may need to go here. But it needs to be in ldap. So if it is,
network.com, it would be dc=network,dc=com
