Move mailbox associated with a user to another user

In Exchange 2000/AD how do you move a mailbox associated with a user account
to another user account ? I after I moved the mailbox to another userid by
modifying the below 4 attributes, and giving permissions to new user on that
mailbox, from address is shown as old userid rather new address but, if we
double click the from field, properties are shown properly.
