WOOHOOO!!!!
funnily, no amount of searching on SMTP:abc, SMTP:ABC or combinations of Abc
got a result. In desperation I tried
> - Go to ESM
> - Open up Recipients, All Address Lists
> - Right-click All Address Lists -> new->address list
> - Go to filter rules
> - Make sure Exchange Recipients is selected
> - go to Advanced tab
> - Choose Field->User->Proxy Address
> - select _____________Present_____________
and also tried this for groups and eventually public folders, BINGO!
sort the list by email address, go to the F's (it wasn't really 'abc' :-)
and there she is.
I now have what I believe is a fairly simple Exchange Public Folder problem.
The folder should not have, and does not display in it's properties this
email address. If I right-click the folder in ESM, all tasks, I have the
option to mail enable the folder but if I try to do so I get an error about
it already being mail enabled (which is no surprise).
We inherited support of this system after someone else had, ummm, stuffed
it. We see things like this occassionally.
I'm off to search KB's, many thanks for your efforts.
