Hi Mounier,
Have you considered restricting users from sending mail to the internet by
putting their accounts in the disabled list for the outbound SMTP
connector? There is a price for this capability, every message being sent
from every user will be checked against the list of users you want blocked.
If there are fewer that need the access than don't we can block all but the
second list of users.
