I would like to add more information:

Regarding the error message: "A configuration error in the recipient's
e-mail system prevented delivery of this message. Two recipients are
configured with the same e-mail address", please refer to the steps below:

It seems that additional ADC is added to disable contacts for all users.
Please remove it, and replicate to check the issue again.

Regarding the error message: "A configuration error in the e-mail system
caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between
