    Change the SMTP address on the distribution group first, then wait a bit,
    then try assigning the SMTP address to the PF. Also check the permissions on
    the public folder - what are they set to now? People who need to send to it
    will need at least "contributor" rights....and if you want it to receive
    mail from the Internet, make sure anonymous has contributor rights as well.
