I am not necessarily saying that the rollup 7 breaks anything. All I can say
is that until we uninstalled rollup 7 the NDRs were not being delivered to
the postmaster account, it could have been something to do with our setup or
an anomaly.

As soon as we uninstalled rollup 7 and rebooted the server the NDR's started
to show up in the postmaster inbox.

I think Microsoft does a great job on the server products.
