Exchange OAB problem

I ‘am facing this problem :
We had an hardware problem and had to recover the database.
It was successful for the mail but my colleague forget to restore the public
folder.
So, we have a problem to restore the public folder but my problem for
instance is the Offline Address Book.
The problem when I create a new user and if my users are on “cached mode”
with Outlook, the Gal is not up to date. If I try to rebuild the Offline
Adress Book I receive the following Message :
Mapi or unspecified Service Provider.
ID no: 00000000-0000-00000000
ID No: c1050000
Exchange System Manager
And on the eventvwr, I get the Following :
The MAPI call 'OpenMsgStore' failed with the following error:
The attempt to log on to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer has failed.
The MAPI provider failed.

Do you have any suggestion ? (exept « disable cached mode”)
