I suggest that you pick up this book if you are going to deploy Microsoft Exchange Server:

You also might want to consider Microsoft Small Business Server because it's somewhat easier to use for small environments with its built-in wizards. It includes Exchange Server.

Thanks for picking up the post. The reason that I need to install Exchange is the following.

In my small business I have 8 workstations and all are networked with this W2K3 Server Enterprise box. I now have 4 employees and they are assigned a workstation each. I have given them all a separate email accounts and they access these accounts separately on their workstations. I would or should I say I want to use Exchange to bring all addresses under one roof. Would make life a bit easier here. As it stands now I do not have control over these email accounts which ALL concern my business .

I hope I am making sense to you.

BTW
All workstations are Windows XP Pro Sp3. And the 4 other stations are manned by myself at this point and time

Running a W2K3 SP2 Server and having Office2003 Enterprise installed with Corporate Outlook. Sorry guys but with this I am a bit lost. I need to install Exchange 2003. I am clueless as to the setup. I work the groups on this MS server and I do feel strange when I ask for help which usually does not happen since it is me always giving it.

Anyway I need a fast explanation as to the steps needed to set it up(Exchange) in conjunction with Outlook and my LAN and occasional T1 connection.

All my ady's are legacy pop3 and SMTP from MS
