Based on my experience and research, this kind of error may occur if there
is any network connection or port communication problem between the remote
client with your public proxy server. Please first check if there is any
Router has allowed 135 port.
If you can telnet the proxy server's public IP address by 135 port. Please
follow the below article closely to verify server and client
configuration. These steps walk you through all parts of your configuration
to help troubleshoot an unsuccessful RPC over HTTP connection.
Additionally, other troubleshooting information is provided to help you
