All folders have to have replicas on the Exchange 2007 store, and after
replication is complete, all folder replicas removed from the Exchange 2003
store. The mailbox store's default public store must point to the Exchange
2007 public store.

I noticed that when I look at this attribute:
Configuration Container [Computer.Domain.Com]
CN=Configuration, DC=(YourDomainController),DC=com
CN=Services
CN=Microsoft Exchange
CN=(YourOrganization)
CN=Administrative Groups
CN=(YourAdministrativeGroup)
2. Open the properties of CN=(YourAdministrativeGroup).
3. On the Attributes tab, under Select a Property to View, click
SiteFolderServer. The information displays the old server. I have not yet
been able to delete this server.

This did not work for him. I am not sure if this has to do with our
migration
from EX 2000 to EX 2003. I still have the old mail server up and running.
I
have created another post for this issue. I can't seem to dismount the
old
Public Folders on the old server without users getting an error message
about
it.

Searching for his name. He is not in that mailbox store. He may have
been
previously and then moved because he needed more space. Will know for
sure on
Tuesday. Thanks

Aha!. I didn't think to look there. It is pointing to the wrong
server. When
the user is back on Tuesday, I will know for sure.
