This did not work for him. I am not sure if this has to do with our migration
from EX 2000 to EX 2003. I still have the old mail server up and running. I
have created another post for this issue. I can't seem to dismount the old
Public Folders on the old server without users getting an error message about
it.

Searching for his name. He is not in that mailbox store. He may have been
previously and then moved because he needed more space. Will know for sure on
Tuesday. Thanks

Aha!. I didn't think to look there. It is pointing to the wrong server. When
the user is back on Tuesday, I will know for sure.

Is the correct default public folder server defined in the properties
of their mailbox store?
